Job Description
**Key responsibilities & deliverables:**
+ The development and execution of the 3 year Nordic Market strategy to deliver on the strategic and commercial ambition of the business. Being an ambassador for the market and customers within Mars.
+ Build a network of Category and Commercial Director level strategic customer relationships across the contact matrix (i.e. buying, end to end supply chain, category, formats, marketing).
+ Set and manage team to deliver input and output metrics across sales, profit, forecast accuracy, trade spend, distribution, feature, activation. Maximise return on investment within the channel.
+ Accountability for NSV & MAC performance and opportunities through the S&OP cycle. Ensuring opportunities are driven through the cycle in Channel Meeting, DMR and MBR when required.
+ Leadership, line management and engagement of the team to effectively deliver the strategy, utilizing key business enablers e.g. HPC...
