Job Description
We’re building a B2B outbound sales engine from scratch and we’re looking for our first SDR to help build it, not just run it.
At Encore Digital, we help businesses across the US, Canada, and Europe get real value from their Salesforce investments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services, and Loyalty Cloud.
This is not a plug-and-play SDR role. There’s no inherited system or fixed playbook. You’ll be part of shaping the outbound motion alongside the founders.
What You’ll Do
- Run outbound prospecting to C-level and decision-makers in US and European markets.
- Cold call, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach daily.
- Book qualified discovery meetings for founders.
- Manage pipeline and activity inside Salesforce CRM.
- Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and objection handling based on real conversations.
