Position Summary:-
Neilsoft is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Lead /Manager to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) across our Engineering Services, BIM, Digital Transformation, Manufacturing, and AEC business segments. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that support business growth and revenue objectives.
Location- Pune
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Demand Generation, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Experience working with Engineering Services, BIM, AEC, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Technology companies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead management processes.
