Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a leadership role in advancing resource mobilisation efforts across existing and new funding sources, and positioning Plan International Thailand as a partner of choice for advancing children and girls’ rights and gender equality. The role is responsible for developing and implementing a long‑term financial sustainability strategy that ensures a balanced portfolio of small, medium and large grants and a strong pipeline of future funding aligned with the Thailand Programme Unit Strategy.

Central to the role is strengthening relationships with existing and prospective institutional, philanthropic, and corporate donors through consistent engagement, clear communication of programme impact, and meaningful involvement in programme design.
