What’s the role?

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the key link between Westpac and our mortgage broker partners – ensuring that they understand and trust our value proposition and actively promote Westpac to their clients. You’ll work closely with a core group of active brokers whilst tapping into a broader opportunity pool, ultimately holding responsibility for broker NPS and settlement targets through the management and maintenance of these relationships!
