Job Description

  • Shall function as a “playing coach” for Quadsys and TAWItech sales teams;
  • Ensures sales targets are reached by the whole team;
  • Ensures every client presentation is relevant, updated, and engaging;
  • Setting of itineraries every Monday ensuring productive client visits/meetings every time;
  • Attends to client inquiries, requests and concerns;
  • Negotiates with clients on price, commercial terms and service package inclusions;
  • Prepares cost-benefit analysis for marketing and sales blitz
  • Leads sales staff in prospecting, searching for prospective clients, setting client meetings, introducing products and services by phone or directly in person; and conducting sales blitz when warranted;
  • Conducts sales presentations, ensuring productive closing of sales;
