Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our business in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Our solutions include:

• CPaaS
• Contact Center / AICC
• AI Outbound
• AI Customer Service Solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Telecom, CPaaS, Contact Center, BPO, CX, or related industries
• Existing network within BPOs, Contact Centers, Telecom Operators, System Integrators, or Enterprise Accounts is highly preferred
• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales

This role is ideal for candidates with industry experience and strong local market connections.
