Job Description
This is not a role for someone testing the waters - this is for a proven Property Management BDM who knows how to win business!
Based between a Lower North Shore office & Inner City office, you’ll be responsible for driving new management growth across high-performing markets where average rents range from $700 to $3,000+, creating strong commission upside on every deal!
You’ll work closely with sales agents to convert listings into managements, call through expired sales & PM listings, generate your own pipeline & collaborate side-by-side with other experienced BDMs who are serious about growth.
With structured leadership support including fortnightly one-on-ones with the Head of Growth, weekly meetings & the backing of a rapidly expanding national brand continuing to grow across Australia, you’ll have the platform to perform at a high level!
