Position Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving portfolio growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new third-party property management opportunities. This riles owns the full business development lifecycle - from prospecting and relationship-building through proposal development, contract negotiation, and transition support. The position is consultative in nature and requires strong market fluency, executive presence, and the ability to manage complete, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
