Responsibilities:
Support team leader for agency engagement, communication, events coordination, training, recruitment, and ad hoc tasks. Implement KPI specific business plans to achieve business goals. Implement corporate business initiatives and provide business support for the excellence of agency business. Analyze business data to assist in formulating business strategies. Provide timely, accurate, and adequate agency operation support, including but not limited to enquiry & appeal handling, agency visit PPT deck design, etc. Participate and engage in events and KPI-related projects assigned by the immediate manager to contribute to agency business development.
