The role ensures that the company consistently acquires profitable projects aligned with strategic objectives, and company's target (yearly).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To identify opportunities and research markets in the construction industry

2. Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and clients.

3. Monitor private tenders, industry developments and even government bids (if necessary),
4. Background check competitors and analyze clients' information.

5. Manage company subscription tools for project acquisition.
