Job Description

Square seeks dynamic Business Development Representatives to spearhead the Sales Development team. Drive sales through expert outreach and support for our restaurant partners and beyond.
This role is a foundational step within Square’s dynamic sales landscape, where you will engage in outbound prospecting and educate potential merchants about Square’s services. You will become knowledgeable about our offerings, capturing leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling, ultimately supporting the sales pipeline and passing qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse sales pipeline and prioritize outreach
• Conduct cold calling, emailing, and social selling strategies
• Identify business challenges and provide targeted solutions
• Attain and exceed monthly sales quotas consistently
• Collaborate with the Account Executive team for mentorship
