Web3 doesn’t fill our pipeline for us. You do.
You’re the front of the funnel for a marketing agency that grows outbound, not inbound. You research projects before they know they need us, open cold conversations that don’t feel cold, qualify hard against our ICP, and hand the Closer an opportunity that’s already warm and fully documented.
You don’t close — you build the pipeline the whole commercial team runs on. And you’re not meant to stay a BD forever: this is the on-ramp to Closer and beyond, if you earn it.
WHAT YOU DO
- Run outbound prospecting at volume — primarily LinkedIn, plus Telegram and other relevant channels.
- Research and build context on every lead before first contact: funding, TVL, activity on X, and the technical-vs-narrative gap you can open a conversation with.
- Run discovery calls to qualify (BANT/SPIN) and execute a clean, structured handoff to the Closer.
- Map new leads and potential clients...
