Summary
Due to business expansion, we are now seeking a high‑performing Business Development Representative to accelerate our growth across the Wollongong and South Coast regions of NSW. This is a key customer‑facing role, responsible for expanding our footprint with merchant partners, residential builders and commercial construction stakeholders. If you are commercially astute, customer‑centric and motivated to succeed, we want to hear from you. 
What you'll do
Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets

Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across the merchant and builder channels

Grow market share and contribute to the success of the NSW state sales strategy

Provide market insights on competitor activity, pricing and customer trends

Represent Innova at industry events, trade shows and networking functions
