We are hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our growing accounting firm. This role focuses on outbound calls to warm leads only, prospects already familiar with our company through webinars and events.

This is not a cold-calling or high-pressure BPO role. Workload is structured, professional, and lighter than typical call center environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound phone calls to warm leads (webinar attendees)
• Follow up, qualify interest, and book next steps
• Maintain professional, confident communication with prospects
