Job Description

Make outbound calls to student and parent leads generated through digital platforms
Explain Ed Tech course offerings (online/offline/hybrid), syllabus, duration, and fee details
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into admissions
Schedule counselling/demo sessions with academic or admissions teams
Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM/Excel sheets
Support admission campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities
Handle inbound calls related to course enquiries and admissions
Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets
Ensure professional, polite, and student-friendly communication
SKILLS
Good convincing and follow-up skills
Experience in Ed Tech admissions, telecalling, or sales is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
