As the Business Operations Lead on our Sales Operations team, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team whose goal is to make it seamless for customers to do business with Amazon Air Cargo. The Business Operations Lead will 1/ lead process improvement programs in a) invoicing and payments, b) revenue forecasting and planning, and c) cost optimization and 2/ drive the business forward via Weekly Business Review (WBR) and goal setting.
