Business Process Modeling Analyst

Team Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned strategy and operations analyst who will engage with global and cross-functional teams throughout TransUnion to drive execution of transition plans and special projects related to TU’s Global Capability Centers. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

What you’ll bring:

Minimum 4-6 years proven of Business Process Mapping & Modeling.

Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience

Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
