This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire Business Process Reporting Lead in Brampton, ON, with strong SQL/BI/reporting tools experience.
Core responsibilities
- Define and standardize KPIs and reporting requirements with business/process owners, ensuring reports align to strategic goals and compliance needs.
- Lead a reporting/analytics team: allocate work, review output quality, set standards, and coach analysts on best practices and tools.
- Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that surface process performance, bottlenecks, and SLA adherence for leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by monitoring data quality, reconciling sources, and managing changes to data definitions and report logic.
- Partner with operations, finance, and IT to translate business questions into reporting solutions and drive continuous process improvement using insights.
