The Business Support Analyst is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for core HCM solutions, with a primary focus on Workday. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle, driving process optimization, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR technology solutions to support core HR processes such as employee data management, offboarding, and position management.
