- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict, resolve issues proactively, and adapt to diverse teams and situations.
- Proven leadership and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and principles, with strong technical and analytical skills.
- Experience managing large-scale IAM programs, including lifecycle management and entitlement reviews.
- Familiarity with IAM platforms, preferably SailPoint (Identity Security Cloud, IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years managing complex, multi-system or multi-department projects.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements related to identity and access management.
