 Business System Analyst ManagerLocation: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
Role OverviewThe BA Manager is responsible for leading and governing the Business Analysis practice across a technology regulatory portfolio, ensuring high-quality requirements and aligned execution. This role owns the BA Centre of Excellence (COE) and combines deep BA expertise with people leadership and portfolio-level oversight. This is a management and governance position, not a hands-on delivery role.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and mentor a team of BA Leads and BA Consultants, providing guidance on analysis, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide day-to-day oversight of BA work, including structuring work packages, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring timely delivery.
Own and operate the BA Centre of Excellence (COE), defining standards, frameworks, and methodologies for the practice.
