Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements for industrial fabrication processes (e.g., piping fabrication, QA/QC, materials tracking, production reporting).
- Partner with fabrication shop leadership and subject matter experts to deeply understand current‑state operations, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
- Gathers, documents, designs, validates, and gains sign off on business system user requirements.
- Support and enhance systems used in fabrication environments, such as production tracking, weld tracking, inspection management, materials movement, and document control.
- Ensure technology solutions align with shop floor realities, safety requirements, quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Identify and assess impacts of system changes on fabrication workflows, resource planning, equipment usage, and reporting.
