**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors, follow-up for order confirmations, and coordination for on-time supplier payments.
+ Coordinate with vendors to track material status for open orders and ensure timely dispatch.
+ Ensure on-time completion of Open Purchase Order and Shortage Reports for management review.
