Buying and Merchandising Manager

The Buying and Merchandising Manager leads the development and execution of merchandising strategies that drive sales, profitability, and category growth across our retail affiliates. This role is responsible for category buying, assortment planning, inventory optimization, supplier negotiations, product development, and identifying market trends and new sourcing opportunities. You'll also present strategic recommendations and category performance insights to top management.
