What youll work on

• Design and implement low-latency, high-throughput C++ services used in real-time environments

• Build multithreaded systems that process large volumes of events with predictable performance

• Optimize memory usage, CPU cache behavior, and lock contention

• Debug production issues using core dumps, perf, valgrind, and flame graphs
• Collaborate with quant, trading, or platform teams to turn complex requirements into efficient systems
