Job Description Job Description About the Role: A Structured Cabling Technician is responsible for the installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting of low voltage cabling systems in commercial and data center environments. This role supports mission critical infrastructure by installing copper and fiber optic cabling that supports voice, data, security, and wireless systems. Technicians work on active construction sites and must follow strict safety and quality standards. Specific Responsibilities : * Install, route, and secure CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic cabling. * Terminate and test copper and fiber cables using appropriate testing equipment. * Install cable pathway systems including cable tray, ladder rack, basket tray, J hooks, and D rings. * Label, dress, and organize cables according to industry and project standards. * Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and cable schedules. * Rack and stack network equipment and patch panels. * Install facepla...
