Overview
We are looking for a CAD Technician to join our team at Cloudstaff.
Location: Philippines – Mabalacat, Pampanga. Office-based work, mid shift schedule.
In this role, you will work within Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) design to support fire protection and building services projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take projects from concept through to final production, interrogating designs and delivering accurate, compliant solutions.
- Produce high‑quality AutoCAD drawings to support estimating, pre‑construction, and delivery.
- Implement drawing standardisation and best practices, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across the design team.
- Provide clear design packages that enable precise costing by estimators and subcontractors.
- Attend site surveys, producing comprehensive reports to de‑risk and strengthen project delivery.
