Job Description
Responsibilities:Creating 2D and 3D Drawings: Generate detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical, electrical, architectural, or other components and assemblies based on sketches, specifications, and verbal instructions from engineers and designers.Modifying Existing Drawings: Revise and update existing CAD drawings and models based on engineering change orders (ECOs) or markups, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of changes.Adhering to Drafting Standards: Ensure all drawings and models comply with relevant industry standards, company drafting standards, and regulatory requirements.Maintaining Drawing Libraries: Organize and maintain an accurate and up-to-date library of CAD drawings and related documents.Preparing Bill of Materials (BOMs): Generate accurate Bills of Materials from CAD models and drawings.Collaboration with Engineers and Designers: Work closely with engineers and designers to clarify design details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and compl...
