Job Description
The Cadet Engineer will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure to various engineering functions within the company. The role aims to develop technical skills, understanding of project operations, and overall competence to qualify for future engineering positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training across different engineering units (e.g., project site, planning, QA/QC, maintenance, safety).
- Assist senior engineers in day-to-day tasks, documentation, and project monitoring.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare basic engineering reports.
- Support project planning activities such as estimating, scheduling, and materials checking.
- Learn and follow company standards, safety protocols, and engineering procedures.
- Perform technical calculations and drafting as directed.
