As a Call Centre Officer, you will play a vital role in achieving our Customer Centre targets while ensuring the highest quality of service. Your responsibilities include: Meeting KPIs without compromising service quality. Ensuring accuracy and compliance in handling customer requests. Cross-selling the Bank’s products and services. Migrating customers to the Bank’s digital platform. Adhering to professional standards of behaviour and conduct. Flexibility in work deployment to meet business needs. Supporting Operations in resolving customer follow-ups and transactional requests. Creating positive discussions in the social media community to support the brand. Minimum Educational Level
Diploma Min Higher NITEC with relevant Banking CCTR experience of >=1 year can be considered as well Important : As the role will require candidate to work shift
