: Campaign Manager, Data Labeling OperationsThe Campaign Manager is a key operational role focused on the successful execution and delivery of data labeling projects. This role serves as the day-to-day liaison between our internal labeling teams and the client's technical stakeholders, ensuring that data is labeled accurately, efficiently, and on schedule to support Machine Learning (ML) development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Coordination and Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams regarding daily campaign updates and operational questions.
Assist in translating client requirements into clear instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the labeling pods.
Participate in regular performance reviews, providing updates on project status, throughput, and basic quality trends.
