Position Summary
Assists in the leadership of the Front End and department processes, respond to problems and inquiries, and develop associates through teaching and training. Ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.
Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the salesfloor as required.
What You’ll Do
- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed i.e. Safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft etc.
