THE ROLE
The Vending Lead is responsible for providing leadership for Vendors and Vending Attendants in their role to delivering a great guest services experience. Responsible for inventory, cash-out, staffing controls, while adhering to all corporate, facility, and government regulations in the service industry of food and beverage.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure total guest / fan food service experience. Provide any training, direction or guidance to any front-line employee in need. Ensure corporate logs are correctly completed, including tracking sheets, cash-out log, labour log, food safety log, etc. Give direction to employees to ensure an efficient and smooth event.
