CAPEX Project Manager, Facilities

The CAPEX Project Manager works exclusively with corporate facilities related projects, which will vary in size, duration and complexity. The position is responsible for the successful planning, implementation and handover of each project to operations end user and maintenance managers, including the facilitation of organizational change management. 

The CAPEX Project Manager reports directly to the Director, Corporate Facilities and real estate The incumbent does not have any direct reports but is responsible for supervising project team members comprised of internal staff, contractors and vendor resources. 

Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site at 50 Pemberton Avenue, North Vancouver.
