Quantum Care is a not‑for‑profit company providing high‑quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We are looking for an empathetic, friendly and compassionate Care Assistant to join the Willow Court team on a bank basis.
Hours & Shifts
Shift times: 7:30 am–2:30 pm or 2:30 pm–9:30 pm. Shift pattern includes weekdays and alternate weekends. Flexible/bank hours are available.
Location
Aldwickbury Crescent, Harpenden AL5 5SD.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in care is not required; a positive attitude, good communication skills and empathy are essential.
- Capability to provide compassionate care for older people, meeting their physical, emotional and social needs.
