Caretaker needed in Birmingham Paying £13.45 per hr ref
Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily health and safety checks across buildings
- Undertake cleaning duties in communal areas, ensuring a high standard is maintained at all times
- Perform litter picking and general cleaning
- Manage rubbish removal and item clearances, including bulky waste
- Conduct regular fly-tipping inspections and ensure prompt clearance
- Carry out grounds maintenance, including cutting back vegetation and managing overgrowth in open areas
- Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly
