Description

Process cargo booking requests with complete and accurate documentation.

• Coordinate with agents and shippers to secure required shipping details.
• Reserve cargo space based on flight schedules, weight, volume, and destination requirements.
• Align with sales teams to ensure correct rates and charges are encoded in the system.
• Coordinate with HQ space control for flight space allocation and confirmation.
• Issue airway bills (AWB) to agents and communicate flight details, deadlines, and cut‑off times.

Shipment Tracking & Monitoring

• Track shipments end-to-end—from acceptance, departure, transit, and arrival.
• Send timely pre-alerts to transit hubs for connecting flights.
• Troubleshoot issues such as delays, irregularities, or transit disruptions.
