**Job Description**
This role focuses on rough carpentry for a commercial construction project, with primary responsibilities in framing, some finish work, and general labor. You will work extensively with hand and power tools to measure, cut, and assemble materials for a new church remodel project in downtown Appleton.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform rough carpentry work on a commercial construction site, focusing on framing and related tasks.
+ Support finish carpentry activities as needed, including trim and detailed woodwork to complete the project.
+ Carry out general labor duties on the construction site, such as material handling, site cleanup, and assisting other trades.
+ Use hand tools daily, including tape measures, hammers, and hand saws, to measure, mark, and cut materials accurately.
+ Operate power tools such as power drills, nail guns, and reciprocating saws to cut and fasten materials prior to framing.
