Carpenter - Foreperson

Position Details

• Schedule Rotation: Monday - Friday 44hr/week
• Benefits and RRSP Provided As Per Collective Agreement
• Rate: $46.39 - 47.54

What You Will Be Working On

• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters, laborers, and subtrades performing interior construction activities.
• Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and manpower to ensure work progresses efficiently.
• Work closely with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager to align interior scopes with overall project timelines.
• Oversee interior framing, backing, blocking, door and hardware installation, architectural elements, and finishing‑related scopes.
• Enforce all safety policies and lead daily toolbox meetings, FLRAs, and site safety practices.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
