**Carpenter – Renovation Project (Richmond)**
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented **Carpenter** who’s ready to expand beyond the tools and step into a hybrid role that blends carpentry, site coordination, and quality control. **What You’ll Do**
+ Walk the site daily to **identify, document, and report deficiencies** using Procore.
+ Work closely with the **Site Superintendent** to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain project quality.
+ Coordinate with **siding subcontractors** and oversee installation details such as windows, doors, and flashing.
