You'll take responsibility for up to 250 insurance cases, ensuring each step is managed efficiently from data entry in WealthServ to navigating the required insurance carrier websites. Your role includes managing communications and updates, ensuring a smooth operation for both advisors and clients throughout the case lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as dedicated advisor contact for inquiries
• Handle new business and ongoing case support
• Navigate and resolve requirements with insurance carriers
• Update system statuses and perform follow-ups
• Conduct weekly status reporting on cases
Requirements:
• 3+ years of administrative experience required
