Our client is a fast-growing Claims Management Company and we’re looking for someone organised, proactive and confident to join their operations team.
This is a role for someone who takes real ownership of their work — someone who can manage a varied caseload, communicate professionally with customers and third parties, and keep processes moving efficiently without losing attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing -
- Handling inbound and outbound communication with customers and lenders
- Chasing updates and progressing claims efficiently
- Keeping CRM systems, case notes and claim statuses accurate and up to date
