Job Title: Remote Case Manager – LATAM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (Full-Time)

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our Pre-litigation Department. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and capable of managing a high-volume workload with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases from intake through resolution, including organizing evidence, medical records, and case files.
Sending LORs, Filling out SR-1 and SR-19s, Setting up client for treatment
Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel to move cases forward efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in Pre-litigation.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Personal Injury.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
