Job Description
* Ongoing, full-time position based in Ringwood
* Help contribute to the rehabilitation of individuals leading to greater community safety
* Salary band of $91,971 - $98,955 plus superannuation
Community Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practices that reduce reoffending and connect individuals to programs, services and community. CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.
About the role:
Case Managers in the Court Practice stream are responsible for applying evidence-based case management practices to individuals at medium or high risk of reoffending. This role is required to utilise case management practices to actively engage individuals and ensure responsive, targeted interventions to assist in reducing their risk of reoffending.
