The Role

As a Case Manager, you’ll work with individuals, couples, and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Based in Whyalla, you’ll provide early intervention and crisis support to help people maintain safe, stable housing.

You’ll work across public, private, and community housing settings, supporting clients to navigate challenges, access services, and build long-term stability. You’ll also contribute to the Country North Home...
