- Greet customers warmly as they approach the counter
- Take dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately
- Answer questions about menu items, sizes, toppings, combos, and specials
- Suggest add-on's (drinks, sides, desserts) to increase sales
Processing Payments
- Operate the POS system efficiently
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
- Provide correct change and receipts
- Manage online and phone order payments
Order Coordination
- Clearly communicate orders to kitchen staff
- Double-check completed orders before handing them to customers
- Ensure correct packaging for takeout and delivery
