Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end casting for company projects—from researching and selecting international artists and show acts to negotiations, contracts, logistics, and complete handover to project teams. Ensures all casting aligns with creative vision, budget, technical needs, and company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and curate international artists and show acts across multiple formats
- Build artist line-ups aligned with project concept, budget, and technical requirements
- Negotiate fees and commercial terms; manage contracts and invoices
- Organize artist travel, accommodation, and logistics; prepare structured handovers
