About the Role 

As a Casual Chef in Charge, you will take ownership of a kitchen on major event days, ensuring service runs smoothly and food is prepared to the highest standard. With support from full-time roaming chefs and leadership from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef team, you will: 

Lead and manage your team of chefs within an assigned kitchen 
Follow event orders and manage timings to ensure food is served on schedule
