• Assess resident health needs and record vital signs

• Order prescriptions and manage unit medication supplies
• Educate residents and families on care procedures
• Assist in emergency situations under supervision
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse with gerontology experience preferred
• Current CLPNA membership and CPR/BCLS certification
